NEW FMP CLASSES NOW OFFERED!!

Here is your chance to become an FMP (Facility Management Professional).  The FMP designation is available to all members and non-members simply by successfully completing the four FMP classes.  And now, the three Wisconsin Chapters will be offering all four classes beginning in March of 2010 - and at a significantly reduced fee because it is the goal of the Wisconsin chapters to provide our members with affordable education and the opportunity to become an FMP and help advance your career.   Download the FMP 2010 schedule and registration form here

STUDENT SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM

Our chapter will be offering a $1,500 spring scholarship to a deserving student at one of our Southeastern Wisconsin Institutions of Higher Education who is enrolled in a facility management program or allied profession. If you know of a deserving student, pass the scholarship application on to them and encourage them to apply.  Application deadline is May 1, 2010.

SEW IFMA COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY OUTREACH PROGRAM

This spring the Education Committee will be reaching out to local universities, colleges and high schools to make them aware of Facility Management as a profession.  Education Committee members Tony Lillibridge and John Burgan are leading this effort but we need your help.  We need chapter members to accompany them on their school visits to talk up FM as a possible profession-especially if you are an alumni of one of the schools we are scheduled to visit.  For more information or to sign up and help please contact:
